3. 在收到和确认订单后，我们将在24小时内，以电邮回复，并附上您所须付的邮费和确认代码给您。
4. 当收到我们的电邮回复和确认代码后，您就可进行汇款，以购买您心爱的物品。

Term & Condition:

1. 顾客下单后,在三天内请付100%的款项！如逾期汇款,订单将会被取消,除非该顾客已经先前交代清楚.
2. 货物寄出，恕不退还或更换。
3. 汇款后,如要取消订单,汇款不会被退还。请顾客们做好决定才下单。如顾客选的商品没货了,将会退还100％的款额给该顾客.
4. 图片的颜色与大小和实货可能会有偏差,一切以实物为准!
5. 如果您对网上下单操作有困难,你同样也可以通过电邮、传真或其它方式进行下单,我们将会全程协助你完成下单的工作。

2. If you found your favorite items here, just drop a e-mail to kendocollections@gmail.com with complete order form.
3. Once we receive your order, we will reply you through e-mail within 24-hours, and send you with a confirmation number.
4. After confirm the order, please make payment by bank-in or online transfer.
5. We will deliver your order within 2 working days. Any inquiry, you are welcomed to contact with us .

Term & Condition:

1. Once items SOLD, it will not be exchangeable, returnable or refundable.
2. Payment must be received within 3 working days from the day you submit the order. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled automatically.
3. Item color might vary slightly, since each computer monitor shows the color a bit differently.
4. Payment will return to buyer if out of stock.
5. All items will be packed well before being sent and tracking number will be provided once item is sent.
